Q: What are the minimum quantities I can order?
A: Although it’s a wholesales site with very competitive prices, no minimum order, you can order assorted items from our wide range, consider that shipping is always free at Wynfordwholesale.

Q: Can you send me a catalog?
A: We will be happy to send you our last version of printed catalog, we recommend you download a PDF copy of the catalog on our website which updated with higher frequency and it’s instantly available to you.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you have received the items you have not ordered or received in damaged condition please let us know within 7 days of the purchase date, we will immediately send you a return shipping label.  Full credit, refund or exchange will be given for return of full case with the retail packaging unopened.

If you decide for whatever reason that you don’t want the goods you still can send us back full cases of goods within 7 days of receipt and we will exchange with same or higher value of goods or alternatively you can ask for full refund with a nominal restocking fees of 10% of the return goods value.

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We ship UPS in the continental United States. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please follow the international shipping guidelines described below.
Unless there is any exception reason our preferred arrangement is with UPS for the mainland USA shipments.
